The Florida 2020 Conference & Expo was held February 19-20 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.  Five hundred and forty-four people attended the two day event for networking, education and to attend the trade show.   Ken Woolley from Extra Space Storage was this year's keynote speaker. The conference held 12 educational break out sessions with topics ranging from marketing with Christina Alvino, Fine View Marketing to buying and selling self storage with Ben Vestal, Argus Self Storage Sales Network. The new, two day trade show included a sold out trade show with 70 vendors, a cocktail reception in the trade show, and breakfast stations on day two of the trade show.  This year's conference also included the Managers Summit with Carol Mixon-Krendl, SkilCheck Services and the Legal Summit with Scott Zucker, Weissmann, Zucker, Euster, Morochnik & Garber P.C.
