The FSSA is proud to announce the 2023 Manager of the Year, Julio Otero, from A+ Management Group, LLC. He is the property manager of A+ Storage Winter Haven. Julio has been with the facility since it opened in June 2019.

The FSSA Board of Directors is proud to announce the 2023 Manager of the Year, Brittany Blount from Sentry Self Storage Management. She has been with the company for 6 years and she was promoted to property manager in 2020.  “Brittany’s passion for her work shows through in her steady and friendly approach.  This approach inspires those she works with to do better, and that concept translates into maximizing the metrics for her business unit,” said Rebecca Swanson, District Manger for Sentry Self Storage Management.
