Barbara Machuta began her career with All Aboard Storage in November 1985 and has been a cornerstone of the company for nearly four decades. Throughout her tenure, she has successfully managed multiple locations and is especially known for excelling at lease-up properties, where her strong sales skills and genuine ability to connect with customers consistently drive results.

In addition to her role as Property Manager, Barbara actively represents the company through marketing events, local business outreach, and community volunteer initiatives. Barbara leads by example and has played a key role in the company’s growth by training and mentoring numerous staff members, developing self-auditing techniques, and serving as a key ambassador for the brand through her marketing expertise and community engagement. Her dedication, longevity, and passion for the industry make her truly deserving of this recognition.

Howard has managed Mission Storage Hernando for six years with Storage Asset Management. "Howard sets the standard for excellence in our industry! 2023 MANAGER OF THE YEAR

Julio Otero
A+ Storage Winter Haven

The FSSA is proud to announce the 2023 Manager of the Year, Julio Otero, from A+ Management Group, LLC. He is the property manager of A+ Storage Winter Haven. Julio has been with the facility since it opened in June 2019.
